Now, sadly, they eat 4 and 5 times each day and have similar weight and health conditions just like in the usa. These are just two of many differences between popular fat loss recommendations and healthy regions around the globe. Don't you find it slightly strange that in our own country we get fat loss and health advice that completely contradicts just how people live in healthy regions around the globe, where people have a lot longer and healthier lifespans as compared to we do? Maybe we are getting some bad advice which is why we are losing the fat loss battle in spite the huge amounts of dollars we spend annually on weight loss products?

Unfortunately, most weight loss professionals have chosen to ignore the fact much of the popular fat loss advice is not producing sustainable fat loss and they continue to offer the same ineffective assistance. It makes you ponder! Are they hoping that somehow people begins getting different results from your same advice?

What the fat loss industry is doing, flawlessly fits Einstein's definition regarding insanity: "Doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results". Truth be told, what we are doing to aid people lose weight and get a lean body is not working. How much more overweight do we must get as a region before we change just how we approach weight damage?

I can't speak for other fat loss experts, but I failed to get into the fat loss field to help people shed weight temporarily. If you'd like sustainable weight loss, you must approach weight loss extremely differently than traditional types of weight loss.
